Andrea Trabelsi
Managing Director

Andrea oversees planning, outreach/communications at Delaware Greenways. Andrea also is the organization’s urban and community planner and produces maps, renderings, and technical analyses for DGI’s programs. Andrea has a bachelor’s degree in environmental design, a master’s degree in urban and regional planning, and years of experience in Delaware’s environmental non-profit sector. Andrea’s planning background emphasizes the environment and economic development. She is a volunteer member of the organizing committee of Delaware’s environmental organizations. Andrea also is a bicyclist, runner, gardener, and knitter.


Jeff Greene, P.E.
Transportation Planner

Jeff comes to Delaware Greenways with over 40 years experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering. His experience includes 17 years with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and 23 years with Orth-Rodgers and Associates, Inc, a transportation planning and engineering firm. At Delaware Greenways, he is responsible for transportation planning and traffic engineering initiatives and is currently managing the Scenic Conservation Plan for the Brandywine Valley.Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Civil Engineering degree from Villanova University and served as President of the Mid-Colonial District of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. He lives with his wife of 30 years in St. Davids, Pennsylvania. They have two grown daughters, four grandchildren and a great granddaughter.


Chris Kline
Assistant Planner

Chris provides research and technical analysis for Delaware Greenways planning projects. He also manages the organization’s technology. Chris is an urban and regional planner with specialization in socio-economic research, land use and development, and geographic information systems, with a Master’s of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota. He has four years of experience working with the regional government of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area in project coordination and data research. His work at the Metropolitan Council provided a window into the need for consensus-based, collaborative solutions between stakeholders with diverse interests. Additional efforts at the Metropolitan Council involved aligning performance measurement goals with data collection capabilities, plus land-use analysis for light rail transit planning.


Donna Deery
Administrative Assistant

Donna joined Delaware Greenways after years of experience in non-profit organization and fundraising. She is active in our membership outreach program. Essentially, Donna rocks.
