DE DNREC has expanded the Action Trackchair®, an all-terrain wheelchair program, to five Delaware State parks, opening up accessibility.
The Delaware Bayshore offers so many ways to experience the landscape—from biking and walking through local communities to paddling along the water. The Delaware Bayshore Byway Master & Marketing Plan includes recommended bike, walking, and paddling itineraries designed to help people experience more of what the Bayshore has to offer.
Join DelDOT’s Virtual Public Workshop on Tuesday, 10/20 at 5:30pm, to learn more about the plan and share your feedback on these recommendations and other ways to improve access to and experiences along the Bayshore.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend the meeting via the Zoom link below. The Laurel/Hartley Conference Room at the DelDOT Administration Building, 800 Bay Road, Dover, Delaware will serve as the meeting anchor location.
