Bayshore Towns Seek to Improve Bike/Pedestrian Travel

Frederica, a Delaware Bayshore Byway Discovery Zone, is adding sidewalks and improving intersections to help bicyclists and pedestrians travel through town more safely. Impactful updates for locals and visitors!

There’s more good news on this front along the Bayshore! Delaware Greenways is working with the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) to identify improvements for bike/pedestrian travel in other Discovery Zones.
 
Funding for the DBB Master & Marketing Plan project was awarded to the non-profit organization through a Federal Highway Administration’s National Scenic Byways Program grant. Lean more: https://publicinput.com/dbbmmp
