This is the latest public workshop in the process to improve the safety of all modes of transportation along the busy Augustine Cut Off corridor. The workshop will review public comments and updated alternatives for transportation improvements that have resulted from prior workshops.

The Wilmington Area Planning Council (WILMAPCO), DelDOT and the New Castle County Department of Land Use, are the leading agencies in the Study. Delaware Greenways has been supporting their efforts through our position on the Advisory Committee.

The goal of the study is to create a program of traffic safety recommendations, low-stress pedestrian and bicycle facilities, and context sensitive aesthetic improvements from Lovering Ave. to West Park Drive to make the corridor function more safely for all modes of travel.
