Public comments are being sought on the Bancroft Pedestrian Bridge Draft Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and draft design. The public meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 17th, at the Blue Ball Barn. There is also an option to attend virtually on Zoom. Details above.

The bridge has been closed since early September 2021, when it sustained extensive structural damage from the remnants of Hurricane Ida. Visit our Northern Delaware Greenway Trail page to read/view past updates. We’re as anxious as you to see this trail and park connector reopened in 2025!
Comments may be presented orally or submitted in writing at the public meeting or submitted via email to FEMA-R3-EHP-PublicComment@fema.dhs.gov with the subject line: Bancroft Bridge MOA/Design Comment.
Comments will be accepted April 3rd through until May 3, 2024.
