2nd PUBLIC MEETING WEDNESDAY MARCH 20TH at Brandywine High School: Another chance to share your feedback on the Concord Pike (202) Master Plan being developed, that will shape what this roadway looks like for pedestrians, bicyclist, motorists and businesses going into the future.
Wilmington Area Planning Council (WILMAPCO), New Castle County Department of Land Use, and DelDOT are working on a Master Plan for the Concord Pike (US 202) Corridor. The Master Plan will provide a 20-year vision that identifies cohesive land use and transportation strategies.
Your feedback is needed on draft pedestrian, bike, street network, and intersection plans that have been developed based on previous feedback and studies. This workshop will also present street section scenarios and potential redevelopment options for your review and comment.
