The Future Trails of Northern Delaware Coalition met virtually on October 29, 2020, to go over a variety of items involving its current and future work. The Steering Committee’s survey taken by coalition members and supporters to identify priorities for the upcoming year, was reviewed. Volunteers were sought to join the newly formed Trail Usage and Safety Committee. Recent trail project updates on the Commons Boulevard, Newport River, Brandywine Heritage and Governor Printz Boulevard trails were presented. The group was also brought up to date by select members and supporters, on current work and progress within their own communities.
Delaware Greenways announced their Trail Amenities Matching Grant Program, which all members and supporters were invited to apply for through January 31, 2021.
