Come to this workshop to review public comments and updated alternatives for transportation improvements on the Augustine Cut Off corridor.
Great progress on the Newport River Trail! Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLC, have completed their feasibility study. The trail, which would connect the Jack A. Markell Trail (Wilmington section), to the Town of Newport, would open up a whole new world of reachable destinations for non-motorized travel. Read the study here.
The Newport River Trail is one element of the Town of Newport’s revitalization project.
